Job Description: Position Summary: The Customer Relationship Executivewill be responsible for promoting products and generating leads through outbound calls. This role will involve building rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce online products and services of the company
- Engage with customers, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of company’s products to generate interest and leads.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, lead generation activities, and sales pipeline.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tele caller/Lead Sourcing or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Knowledge of Selling products of IT and Digital Mktg companies.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and digital products is preferred.
Salary: – 15000-20000 Per Month
