Job Description:Position Summary: The Financial Advisor cum Sales Executive will be responsible for selling financial instruments, such as mutual funds and SIPs, to our clients. This role will involve building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand the client’s investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
- Recommend and sell appropriate financial instruments, such as mutual funds and SIPs, to meet the client’s needs.
- Assist clients in the investment process, including account opening, fund transfers, and regular portfolio reviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and portfolio performance.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a sales role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, SIPs, and other investment instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficient in financial analysis, investment planning, and portfolio management.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
