Role & responsibilities

* Minimum 5-10 years of experience, preferably from an ISP background with a strong technical background.

* Experience in handling Network Operations Center (NOC).

* Expertise in planning, designing, and implementing Point of Presence (POP).

* Comprehensive knowledge of troubleshooting circuits by understanding Last Mile Connectivity and Hardware Involved in the Last Mile.

* Firewall Installation.

* Telco Link Delivery– Airtel, Tata, Vodafone.

* Ability to create redundancy in the network. • Proficient in training and managing a team.

* Hands-on experience in programming switches, creating VLANs, and configuring ACLs.

* Capability to suggest network modifications and recommend tools for monitoring.

* Extensive experience with Cisco, Huawei, and MikroTik Router.

* Expertise in handling customer complaints related to outages.

* Comprehensive understanding of various WAN and LAN technologies.

* Ability to complete work within predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) independently. * Providing on-site instruction and support to field engineers.

* Hands-on experience with MPLS technology, OSPF/BGP.

* Knowledge of Campus WiFi and WiFi infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

* Handling of Peering & Cache Partner handling like Facebook and Google.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is 12 Lac per annum.
