Job Description:Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting field surveys of newly constructed sites within the Delhi NCR region to identify customer requirements for water tanks. This role will involve building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a proactive approach to market research, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys of new construction projects to assess water tank requirements.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including builders, contractors, and property developers.
- Gather and analyze market data to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Neropure products.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our water tanks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the Neuropore brand.
Qualifications: 12th/Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market and its construction landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
